Headquartered in the fifth avenue of Zhengzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, Zhengzhou Wehero Package Co., Ltd. is a production centre of Iodized salt packing and high barrier coated films in Henan Province.
Wehero became a joint venture with registered capital of 1.26 million dollars in 2002, invested by Hong Kong Dongchang Group. Wehero produces iodized salt packing, such as PVDC, PVA, and other related products, with scientific management, standard management systems, and advanced production equipment.
Wehero provides clients with multi-automatic production lines, including 4 sets of fully-computerized gravure chromatic printing machines, high speed dry-type compounding machines, 2 sets of spread coating compounding machines, 6 sets of high speed splitting machines, and related machines.
Wehero also provides clients with high degree accuracy COTS in the R&D center and the lab, like gas chromatography.
Our annual sales volume of High Barrier Coated Film Series will be 3000 tons, and our annual sales value of Laminated Film Bags will be RMB100 million.
Wehero has built stable partnership with Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou Technology University, and Zhengzhou Technical Faculty, with many research staff members like Mr. Miao Xiaosheng, who is the main draftsman of the standard of PVDC (BB/T0012-1997) in Wehero.
Wehero attained ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in May 2007. Also in 2007, Wehero took the leading position in getting the market access authentication (QS41-10101-00060) in plastic packing industry of Henan Province.
