shanghai yaha or Delin invested more than 50 million RMB in 2005 to import advanced equipment and technology to build the Science and Technology Industrial Park to produce disposable tableware (such as the bowls, cups, meal boxes, knives, forks, spoons and others) and shopping bags (T-skirt bags, rolling bags and garage bags). Our company covers an area of 43755sqm, including 23,280sqm of building. Our company produces 552 million sets of disposable tableware in the first phase of the project, and is the first and the only enterprise that can produce disposable tableware with corn starch as the raw material.
In Delin, the decomposable and disposable dishware is produced by using corn starch and sophisticated techniques and is in compliance with national standard of GB18006.1-1999. Our dishware products are leak-proof and water-proof, toxin-free and acid- and alkali-resistant. They can be placed in temperatures ranging from -20 to 120 degrees Centigrade. Furthermore, our products are being extensively used in restaurants and supermarkets and for packaging food and medicine. After the dishware is discarded, it will decompose naturally in the environment.
In order to ensure good product quality and a stable supply of raw materials, Delin has set up corn plantation bases consisting of a total area of 4,000 hectares. Our company has attained ISO9001:2000 quality control system certification, ISO14001:2004 environment control system certification, British BRC food packaging certification and SGS (FDA) certification.
