We are one of the biggest creative businesses in Western China, with a branch in England. At Chengdu Sunfire Co., Ltd., we emphasize on the combination of creative design with production. So we have built several production sites for Sunfire glass products, non-woven products and wood arts to make our creative products. Our design and development team has 4A class certification from local authorities. We have the largest non-woven fabrics and glass bottle manufacturing sites in Western China.
Our non-woven fabric products manufacturing site has imported a set of heavy-duty machines including manufacturing and control equipment from Japan. These are combined with the computerized design system from American Gerber Company. Together with the solid technological strength, the site also has hundreds of talented and professional operational, managerial, designing and manufacturing workers. There are 14 modern production lines and 2 auxiliary production lines with an annual production of 1 million products which are sold in America, Great Britain and Japan. Our clothes production line creates various garments including business wear, industrial working clothes, protective clothing, leisure wear and more.
Our glass production site houses the most advanced automatic production line and testing equipment from Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Italy. Our production line is also capable of producing coloured crystal glass, ultra-white glass, solar energy photovoltaic products, optical glass products and glass insulators. Our technology allows us to skilfully engrave glass bottles and manufacture decorative, matte and frosted glass products.
The main products of Sunfire creative glass production site are Wuliangye's wine bottles, high-grade glass wine bottles available for export, glass artworks and other glass products. Our glass products are sold all over China and exported to America, England, Russia, Canada and Brazil. In total our products are sold in 15 countries over 5 continents.
