First, inner liner for cigarette. We are exclusively licensed to supply a patent degradable paper for cigarette packing as well as food, drug or gifts label. two patents no: 200720045698.4 and 200710131774.8, both issued by the State Intellectual Property Office of People's Republic of China.
The packing paper factory has total area 40,000m2. Air-conditioned workshops area 10,000m2. Office building area 4,180m2. Currently, have more than 20 production lines. The key equipment was originally made in and introduced from Germany, Italy, Japan and Taiwan (see our equipment pictures). Paper factory has 442 employees. 2008 turnover USD 6 millions.
Second, magnetic cores. we supply more than 300 different types, can do custom making. We have good source for this kind of products. Price competitive.
The magnetic core factory has total area 13,200m2 and building area 9800m2. The factory has 100 employees; 7 engineers, 4 QC. The products are for middle- or high-end use. Annual capacity is 1000ton. The factory has advanced production lines: powder prewetting equipment, forming equipment, pusher sintering furnace and grining machine.
Third, ladies underwear. Factory keeps 300~500 workers in a year round. Has stable quality control system.
